How Do I Request Funding From Sequoit Pride?
The majority of Sequoit Pride's funds are awarded during our October meeting. However, funding may be requested at any time throughout the year and may be awarded if funds are available. ACHS staff can request funding from Sequoit Pride by completing this form and submitting it to the principal's office no later than one week prior to the next Sequoit Pride meeting (meetings are usually held on the first Wednesday of the month).
